{"id":143,"date":"2015-02-19T20:34:20","date_gmt":"2015-02-19T20:34:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.allmakescaravans.co.uk\/news\/?p=143"},"modified":"2015-02-19T20:34:20","modified_gmt":"2015-02-19T20:34:20","slug":"motorhome-fridge-surgery","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.allmakescaravans.co.uk\/news\/motorhome-fridge-surgery\/","title":{"rendered":"Motorhome Fridge Surgery"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Fridge &amp; Fridge Freezer repairs can be tricky especially if they are gas related, lots of things to check and confirm so don&#8217;t leave it to chance.<\/p>\n<p>When trying to work out what is happening when your fridge is operating requires examination of all parts and the last thing you need is guesswork.<\/p>\n<p>Today we were looking at a Dometic fridge freezer in a Burstner motorhome. The 2nd call out to the fridge, on the 1st the gas was not lighting, after this was fixed cooling problems appeared.<\/p>\n<p>At AMCS we use technology to test all component parts of the fridge, Clamp Meter to check the 240V &amp; 12V Electrics, A Kane meter for Gas Tightness, Pressure Flow confirmation, Gas burner ratio &amp; Temperature readings at the rear of the fridge.
